Terms of Service
By creating an account or using ZSocial ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use ZSocial
- You must be 18 years or older. You sign in with Apple or Google, and that sign-in account is the anchor for safety and bans, if an account is banned, it may be blocked from re-registering.
- You must provide accurate information and complete live-photo verification where required. Impersonation and fake accounts are not allowed.
2. Prohibited content & conduct
You may not post, send, or share, and you may not use ZSocial to:
- Sexual or 18+ content, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or video, or solicitation. ZSocial is a friend-discovery app, not an adult-content platform.
- Content involving minors, any sexual or exploitative content involving a minor is strictly forbidden and is reported to the authorities (see §4).
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Illegal activity, sale of illegal goods, fraud, scams, or spam.
- Non-consensual intimate images, doxxing, or sharing others' private information.
- Impersonation, fake or bot accounts, or attempts to evade a ban.
3. Reporting, moderation & enforcement
ZSocial has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
- Every profile, post, story, and chat can be reported (flagged) directly in the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and we act on reports within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed and the offending user is ejected (suspended or permanently banned).
- Accounts reported by multiple different people are automatically hidden from discovery pending review.
- You can block any user from their profile, posts, stories, or chat. Blocking is instant. Their content disappears from your feed immediately, they are never notified, and they can no longer see or contact you. Blocking also files a report so our team is notified.
- We may remove any content that breaks these rules at any time, with or without notice.
- Depending on severity and history, we may: (1) remove the content and warn you; (2) temporarily suspend the account (for example 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days); or (3) permanently ban the account for repeated or serious violations.
- While suspended you cannot access the app, and your profile, posts, and stories are hidden from other users.
- We may take any of these actions for a first offence where the violation is serious (for example sexual content, threats, or content involving minors).
4. Illegal content & law enforcement
Content that is illegal, in particular any sexual content involving minors, is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities (including child-safety organisations such as NCMEC where applicable). We cooperate with valid legal requests.
5. Appeals
If you believe an action was a mistake, contact zsocialofficial@gmail.com. We review reasonable appeals, but we are not obligated to reverse an action.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant ZSocial a licence to host and display your content so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Copyright & takedowns
You must own, or have the rights to, everything you upload, including any music, video, images, or other material contained in your posts and clips. Do not upload content that infringes anyone else's copyright or other rights.
If you believe content on ZSocial infringes your copyright, email zsocialofficial@gmail.com with: the content and where it appears, proof that you own or represent the rights, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. We remove verified infringing content promptly.
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
8. No warranty / limitation of liability
ZSocial is provided "as is". We verify users with a live photo to reduce fakes, but we do not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or safety of any user. Always meet new people safely. To the extent permitted by law, ZSocial is not liable for interactions between users or for user-generated content.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app where reasonable.
ZSocial operates from Malaysia; we recommend a legal review for the regions you launch in.
