Delete your account

You can delete your ZSocial account at any time, directly in the app. This permanently removes your account and the associated data described below.

How to delete your account

1. Open the ZSocial app.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Open Settings (the gear icon, top-right).
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, email zsocialofficial@gmail.com from the email you signed up with and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm ownership and remove it for you.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile, name, age, gender, bio, prompts, links and other profile details.
• Your photos and videos, verification photos, posts and stories, deleted from our storage.
• Your connections, waves and likes.
• Your messages, these are end-to-end encrypted (unreadable by us) and are removed on deletion.
• Your stored location and push-notification token.

What we keep, and for how long

For legal, safety and fraud-prevention reasons we keep a limited record after deletion, for example, the minimal identifier needed to stop a removed or banned account from immediately returning. We keep this only as long as necessary for those purposes. We do not retain your profile, photos, or messages.
